Beatriz Costa & Spa, Costa Teguise

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and neat, though showing a little wear and tear. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was lovely, despite a slight odor outside. The dining experience was mostly fantastic, with excellent breakfast options but room for improvement in dinner choices.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean and tidy, albeit a bit dated. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff is exceptional. The location is ideal, with plenty of facilities for leisure. However, the dining experience could be improved with better options. Good value for money overall.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were very spacious with a comfy bed and two balconies, but the shower door was flaking, and there were black mould around the bath which I was told was normal. The location was a bit mixed; it's spacious with lots of sun loungers but has a long walk to the main part of Teguise and living cockroaches in the piano bar. The dining experience had lots of choices, but the standard was low, and the evening entertainment was too loud. Service struggled to keep up with demand, and the staff were not always helpful. Overall, not a perfect place for a relaxing stay.
